How do yout edit Default clothes?, Where are the clothes stored?
is it stored in TSData?
I like to remove a few, add new colors to a few.

You cannot. There are some "hiders" available at MTS that will allow
you to hide some of the more hideous ones. As for recolors, you can do
that using Body Shop, that came with the game. There are tutorials
available at MTS for that.
